Porsche and Ferrari updates and new kits
Today DAP finally updated the Porsche 911 (997) lower and Ferrari f430 lowers.
The 997 lower was edited to be more like the 911 (997) turbo lower, with circle headlight washers, a tow hook and few small changes to aid in installation.
The f430 lowers now have the PDC option that is becoming more common. While adding PDC I also took the time to edit the kit in a few places like the lower arms and around the headlight washers. The driver blinker on the car I was working on was 1/16 of an inch higher than the passenger. I incorporated this into the design and the install took about 30 minutes. Remember these cars are handmade and every one has its own character.
There are also new kits for the 911 (997) and (997) Turbo: lower with raped hood edge. These are similar to the design on the Carrera GT that we exhibited at SEMA and make for a really clean installations.
